What does climate change mean and how is it related to life in the neighbourhood? How do women specifically stand up for a more sustainable living in the neighboorhood?
This 12-page comic was created in 2023 as part of the project Gemeinsam in die Zukunft, IKU-Institut für konkrete Utopien. It is the product of a weeks-long collaboration with the IKU-Rat that currently consists of a group of women from the neigbourhood Rollbergkiez in Berlin. Together, we collected ideas and developed the story. The full comic is available digitally on IKU’s website, can be obtained as a printed copy and was also turned into a mural in June 2024 (visit at: Briesestrasse 79, 12053 Berlin).
